Deadline for Medical Release Forms

Youth and adult participants must each complete a medical release form and return it to their Bishop or designated Bishopric Counselor. Bishoprics should deliver the forms to ???????, or to the high councilor assigned to your ward, who will then turn them in to the Stake.  The deadline is Sunday, March 15, 2015.
