___You will need a sack lunch for the 1st day of trek (coolers will be provided)

___ 1-2 handkerchiefs

___flashlight with extra batteries

___ Scriptures (old set)

___ Toilet paper

___ Garbage bag for dirty or wet clothes

___ Brush / comb

___ Toothbrush / toothpaste

___Chafing powder or ointment

___ Washable water bottle

___ Chapstick / lip salve

___ Hand sanitizer and baby wipes

___ Sunscreen & insect repellant

___ Sleeping bag & small pillow if desired
